Love this bag for many reasons, it is spacious, I love how the exterior zipper unsnaps from the sides to give you more room to search around in your bag, but snaps down effortlessly to make the bag more compact. This is really fantastic. Great organization inside, so useful to not lose half my stuff in a cavernous bag! My only quibble is with the interior zippered compartment. I didn't use it much in the beginning but when I finally decided to, I realized that there is a problem with the teeth in the center, which causes the zipper to open even when closed. It's disappointing as I would like to secure some items in that pocket but can't rely on it to do so. As someone else mentioned, the trolley sleeve needs a little more give to slide easily over my roll aboard, but that is a common problem, had this issue with my old Away bag too. If not for the zipper issue I would give this bag 5 stars. @calpak, consider also making the interior a lighter color, it makes things easier to find! (I have the Pink Sand color.)
